Kabsons Industries Q1 FY27 (ended June 30, 2026) revenue from operations rose 39% YoY to 1,410.71 lakhs from 1,014.26 lakhs. Total income stood at 1,463.04 lakhs. However, profit after tax collapsed to just 6.05 lakhs from 84.77 lakhs, with EPS falling to 0.03 from 0.48. EBITDA margins compressed sharply. Other equity remained negative at minus 268.92 lakhs. A small exceptional item of 2.47 lakhs was recorded. Statutory auditors KS Rao and Co issued an unqualified limited review report.
Strong top-line growth failed to translate to profits, signalling severe margin pressure. Small-cap, thinly tracked stock; weak PAT is a concern for shareholders.
