Kabsons Industries reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 1,101.05 lakhs, broadly flat compared to Rs 1,108.30 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Nine-month revenue grew modestly to Rs 3,174.22 lakhs from Rs 2,983.09 lakhs, a rise of about 6%. The company swung to a Q3 profit of Rs 59.02 lakhs from a small loss of Rs 1.73 lakhs a year earlier, though nine-month profit fell sharply to Rs 141.11 lakhs from Rs 207.42 lakhs (largely because the prior year had an exceptional gain of Rs 82.14 lakhs). Other equity remains negative at Rs (211.13) lakhs, indicating accumulated losses. The auditor K.S. Rao & Co issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications.
The Q3 turnaround is positive, but the steep drop in nine-month profit, negative net worth, and management's note that the company may not earn taxable profits soon are red flags for shareholders. The stock may see limited positive reaction until profitability stabilises and the going-concern overhang clears.
