Kabsons Industries reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹1,101.05 lakhs, nearly flat versus ₹1,108.30 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Nine-month revenue grew about 6.4% to ₹3,174.22 lakhs from ₹2,983.09 lakhs a year earlier. The company swung back to a Q3 profit of ₹59.02 lakhs compared with a small loss of ₹1.73 lakhs in Q3 FY25, but 9M profit after tax fell roughly 32% to ₹141.11 lakhs from ₹207.42 lakhs, partly because the prior-year 9M included exceptional items of about ₹82 lakhs. Other equity remains negative at ₹(211.13) lakhs, although improving from ₹(351.36) lakhs a year ago, indicating accumulated losses. The limited review by K S Rao & Co is clean with no qualifications or observations, and the company flagged the impact of the new Labour Code on employee benefit expenses (not treated as exceptional due to materiality).
Positive quarter-on-quarter turnaround in Q3 supports near-term sentiment, but shrinking 9M profits and still-negative shareholder equity suggest underlying earnings quality remains weak and the stock may stay range-bound.
