Kaiser Corporation Ltd has submitted its unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) and the nine-month period, both standalone and consolidated. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations grew to ₹20.93 lakhs in Q3 from ₹16.32 lakhs in Q3 last year (~28% YoY), with nine-month revenue rising to ₹58.29 lakhs from ₹47.84 lakhs (~22% YoY). Standalone profit after tax rose to ₹2.77 lakhs in Q3 from ₹1.62 lakhs, with nine-month PAT at ₹6.18 lakhs versus ₹4.60 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue grew to ₹231.76 lakhs from ₹170.33 lakhs and turned profitable with a PAT of ₹28.73 lakhs against a loss of ₹259.52 lakhs last year. However, consolidated nine-month revenue fell sharply to ₹841.07 lakhs from ₹1,459.68 lakhs and the nine-month consolidated loss widened to ₹280.94 lakhs from ₹243.96 lakhs, driven by losses in the Infrastructure projects segment.
Standalone results show healthy topline growth and improved profitability, which is mildly positive for shareholders. However, the consolidated picture is concerning — revenue has nearly halved over nine months and the group continues to post losses mainly due to the Infrastructure projects segment, which may weigh on investor sentiment.
