Kajaria Ceramics reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs. 1,373 crores, up 12% year-on-year, driven by 11% volume growth on the back of strong demand from January 2026. EBITDA margin expanded sharply to 19.19% in Q4 FY26 from 10.01% in Q4 FY25, aided by cost optimization, better sales realisation, and supply chain efficiencies. For full-year FY26, consolidated revenue grew 3% to Rs. 4,832.50 crores, EBITDA jumped 44% to Rs. 861.95 crores, and profit after tax rose 65% to Rs. 485.41 crores. The company also announced a share buyback subject to shareholder approval, approved a Rs. 210 crore expansion of the Srikalahasti plant adding 10 MSM capacity by March 2027, and acquired the remaining 25% stake in Kajaria Adhesive to make it a wholly owned subsidiary.
Strong margin expansion, net cash position of Rs. 793 crores, and the buyback announcement signal robust shareholder value creation, likely to be viewed positively by the market. Capacity expansion in Andhra Pradesh and the adhesive vertical supports future growth visibility.
