On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and in line with its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
GIDC has passed a second corrigendum order reducing the aggregate non-use penalty to Nil from the original INR 2.12 crores plus GST on leased land plots in Gandhinagar. The penalty was for alleged non-fulfillment of ground coverage construction. A first corrigendum in November 2025 had already reduced INR 0.44 crore to Nil, and this latest order clears the entire penalty amount.
Positive for shareholders - the full penalty burden has been removed, with no remaining financial impact on the company.
