Kalpataru Projects International's wholly owned subsidiary, Vindhyachal Expressway Private Limited (VEPL), has executed a Settlement Agreement to amicably resolve an arbitration award that was pronounced in its favour along with other related disputes. The arbitration pertained to a road project undertaken by VEPL, and the settlement has been carried out under Section 73 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The intimation of the settlement was received by the company on 24th September, 2025.
