Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) reported its highest-ever quarterly and annual revenue, EBITDA and PBT. Standalone Q4 FY25 revenue grew 21% YoY to ₹6,204 Cr and standalone FY25 revenue grew 13% to ₹18,888 Cr. Consolidated FY25 revenue rose 14% YoY to ₹22,316 Cr, with EBITDA at ₹1,834 Cr (up 13%) and PAT at ₹567 Cr. Order book hit a record ₹64,495 Cr with FY25 inflows of ₹25,475 Cr, driven by T&D, B&F, metro rail tunneling and airport wins. Net debt fell sharply — standalone down 40% YoY to ₹1,107 Cr and consolidated down 25% to ₹1,953 Cr — while net working capital improved to 94 days (standalone) and 79 days (consolidated). Board recommended a dividend of ₹9 per share (450% of face value).
Strong all-round performance with double-digit revenue growth, expanding margins, record order book providing multi-year visibility, and significant deleveraging are positive for shareholders.
