Kalpataru Projects International Limited (formerly Kalpataru Power Transmission) reported its audited consolidated results for FY25. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 22,315.78 crores from Rs. 19,626.43 crores, a growth of about 13.7%. Profit after tax grew to Rs. 567.27 crores from Rs. 515.90 crores, up roughly 10%, with EPS at Rs. 35.53 versus Rs. 31.37. For Q4 FY25, revenue came in at Rs. 7,066.77 crores (up ~18% YoY) and PAT at Rs. 218.17 crores (up ~29% YoY). The board recommended a dividend of Rs. 9 per share. The company raised nearly Rs. 1,000 crores via QIP during the year at Rs. 1,201 per share. Statutory auditor B S R & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Solid operational performance with double-digit revenue and profit growth, supported by a strong EPC segment, along with a healthy dividend and successful capital raise. The clean audit opinion and improved debt-equity ratio (0.64 vs 0.76) are positive, though pending tax demands of Rs. 141.31 crores (income tax) and Rs. 19.69 crores (GST) are watchpoints the company says will not materially impact results.
