Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) reported strong full-year results for FY26. Consolidated revenue grew 21.6% to Rs. 27,143 Crores from Rs. 22,316 Crores in FY25, driven by the EPC segment which contributed Rs. 26,649 Crores. Profit after tax surged 81.7% to Rs. 1,031 Crores from Rs. 567 Crores, with EPS at Rs. 60.90 versus Rs. 35.53 last year. Exceptional items of Rs. 36.58 Crores included a Rs. 156.56 Crores gain from sale of Vindhyachal Expressway Private Limited to Actis, partially offset by Rs. 29.48 Crores impact from new labour codes and Rs. 90.50 Crores impairment related to Fasttel's judicial reorganization in Brazil. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion.
