KPIL's step-down Swedish subsidiary Linjemontage i Grastorp AB began trading on Nasdaq Stockholm on September 25, 2026 under ticker LMGAB. IPO priced at SEK 46 per share, offering 14.3 million existing shares (27.9 percent stake) valued at about SEK 658.3 million, oversubscribed multiple times. Kalpataru Sweden is among the selling shareholders; the company itself received no proceeds. With over-allotment option, total size can reach about SEK 757 million. Linjemontage FY26 net sales were SEK 3,225 million with order book of SEK 4,349 million.
Kalpataru monetises part of its Swedish subsidiary stake at a strong valuation, unlocking value for shareholders with no direct cash inflow unless over-allotment is exercised.
