The Board approved unaudited results for September 2026. Consolidated half-year revenue from operations fell 26.5% to Rs 90,937 lakh from Rs 1,23,697 lakh. In Q2, consolidated revenue was Rs 43,717 lakh, net loss was Rs 7,067 lakh and loss per share was Rs 3.14. Standalone half-year operating cash outflow was Rs 19,718 lakh. The auditor issued an unmodified limited review conclusion.
Falling revenue, a consolidated loss and standalone cash outflow may hurt shareholder sentiment and the stock, though the review found no material issue.
