Kalpataru Limited reported strong consolidated performance for FY26 with revenue of Rs. 3,43,562 Lakhs, up 55% from Rs. 2,22,162 Lakhs in FY25. Consolidated profit after tax jumped to Rs. 7,996 Lakhs from Rs. 2,474 Lakhs, a 223% increase. Basic EPS improved to Rs. 4.76 from Rs. 1.54. Q4 FY26 was particularly strong with PAT of Rs. 19,387 Lakhs versus Rs. 2,032 Lakhs in Q4 FY25. However, standalone results show a different picture - standalone revenue declined 26% to Rs. 20,980 Lakhs from Rs. 28,280 Lakhs, and standalone PAT turned negative at Rs. (1,623) Lakhs loss versus profit of Rs. 2,325 Lakhs. The Board also approved a Composite Scheme of Arrangement for subsidiary restructuring. Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
Consolidated results are positive with strong revenue growth and PAT expansion, driven by subsidiary performance. However, standalone losses and revenue decline indicate underlying operational challenges at the parent company level. The restructuring scheme may create future value but adds execution uncertainty.
