On the reaction day the stock moved 1.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.4 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Kalpataru subsidiary KRVL got relief from the Supreme Court, which stayed the Bombay High Court order asking KRVL to deposit 50% of the amount assessed by MSEDCL. The Supreme Court directed the High Court to consider interim relief in the Writ Petition and ordered no adverse action against KRVL until that review is complete. The interim order was received by KRVL on July 23, 2026.
Positive: subsidiary avoids immediate cash outflow and no adverse action in MSEDCL dispute, lowering near-term financial risk for Kalpataru.
