Kalyan Capitals posted Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 1,234.85 lacs, up about 57% from Rs 784.14 lacs in Q1 FY26. Profit before tax rose to Rs 178.79 lacs from Rs 135.70 lacs. Net profit stood at Rs 103.04 lacs versus Rs 94.33 lacs, with EPS of Rs 0.20. Standalone revenue grew to Rs 972.33 lacs, but standalone net profit fell sharply to about Rs 0.30 lacs due to higher finance costs (Rs 887.67 lacs). Corporate loan division remains the main revenue driver. Auditor SVP and Associates issued a clean limited review report.
Strong revenue growth on consolidated basis is positive, but sharp standalone profit drop due to higher borrowing costs may weigh on sentiment.
