Kalyan Jewellers reported standalone revenue of Rs 3,10,271 million for FY26, up 5.2% from Rs 2,94,886 million in FY25. Standalone profit after tax surged 85.7% to Rs 17,324 million from Rs 9,323 million, with EPS rising to Rs 6.68 from Rs 3.88. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 3,57,429 million with PAT of Rs 13,504 million, up 40.7% YoY. The company recorded an exceptional item of Rs 415 million due to one-time provision for employee benefits under new Indian Labour Codes. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per share (25%). Statutory auditors Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion.
