Kalyan Jewellers reported strong Q2 FY26 results. Standalone revenue grew 31 percent to Rs 6,843 crore versus Rs 5,221 crore last year, with profit after tax of Rs 351.7 crore, up 21 percent. For the first half of FY26, standalone revenue rose 31 percent to Rs 12,985 crore and PAT grew 34 percent to Rs 696 crore. Consolidated H1 PAT was Rs 703 crore, also up 34 percent on strong overseas growth. Board approved doubling the ESOP 2020 pool from 30 lakh to 60 lakh options, subject to shareholder approval by postal ballot. Auditors gave an unqualified limited review report.
Strong festive season sales boost growth outlook. ESOP pool doubling is mildly dilutive but aligns staff interest with shareholders.
