Kalyani Steels reported its audited results for Q4 and FY25. Standalone revenue from operations came in at ₹5,443.31 million for Q4 FY25, up 8.3% from ₹5,028.26 million in Q4 FY24, while full-year FY25 revenue rose modestly to ₹19,819.04 million (vs ₹19,594.92 million in FY24, ~1.1% growth). Standalone Q4 profit after tax jumped 26.7% YoY to ₹792.83 million, taking full-year FY25 PAT to ₹2,530.34 million (vs ₹2,474.55 million, up ~2.2%). Consolidated FY25 PAT was ₹2,562.47 million (vs ₹2,487.85 million). The Board recommended a dividend of ₹10 per share (200%) on equity shares of face value ₹5 for FY25. The company fully repaid its non-current borrowings (down to NIL from ₹833.74 million), and operating cash flow improved to ₹3,826.44 million from ₹3,174.73 million. Auditor Kirtane & Pandit LLP issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
Strong Q4 earnings growth, a robust 200% dividend, debt-free non-current borrowings position, and healthier operating cash flows are positive for shareholders and likely to support investor sentiment on the stock.
