Profit after tax stood at Rs 676.06M versus Rs 710.25M QoQ, but rose 10.9 percent YoY from Rs 609.65M. Consolidated PAT was Rs 682.49M. EPS was Rs 15.49 standalone. No exceptional items this quarter. The Rs 79.26M Labour Code impact was booked as exceptional item in FY26. Limited review reports were unmodified.
Mild sequential softness in revenue and profit, but YoY growth remains positive. Results broadly in line, no negative surprises.
