An exceptional item of Rs. 8,683 lakhs was recognized for one-time impact of new Labour Codes. The Board recommended 'Nil' final dividend. Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong profit growth of 35% with clean audit opinion is positive. However, nil dividend and decline in Technical Textiles segment may concern income-seeking investors. The holding company structure means stock movement will closely track SRF's performance.
