Kama Holdings, the parent of SRF Limited, posted consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 3,74,328 lakhs for Q3 FY26, up about 6.2% from Rs. 3,52,554 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For 9M FY26, revenue grew roughly 7.6% to Rs. 11,27,222 lakhs. Consolidated basic EPS for the quarter jumped to Rs. 68.06 from Rs. 42.78 (about 59% growth), and for 9M rose to Rs. 198.34 from Rs. 114.22. PAT attributable to owners for Q3 climbed to Rs. 21,841 lakhs from Rs. 13,727 lakhs. The jump was aided by a Rs. 9,912 lakh tax provision write-back at subsidiary SRF following a favourable ITAT ruling on Carbon Emission Reduction Certificates. A one-time charge of Rs. 7,498 lakhs was booked as an exceptional item due to the new Labour Codes. Statutory auditor V Sahai Tripathi & Co issued an unqualified limited review report.
Strong bottom-line growth driven largely by a one-time tax credit and favourable tax order, not purely by operations — investors should look through the exceptional items to assess underlying earnings. The clean audit report and stable auditor provide no governance red flags.
