An October investor presentation showed Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 58.1 crore, up 2%, but earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation fell 70% to Rs 1.1 crore. Profit after tax was a Rs 1.5 crore loss. H1 FY27 revenue fell 2% to Rs 104.4 crore, with a Rs 5.9 crore loss and Rs 12 crore operating cash outflow. The paints unit had 4,457 dealers; management says penetration can triple over five years.
Weak profit, negative cash flow and higher inventories may pressure the stock; dealer expansion and premium products offer long-term growth.
