The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for Q2 and H1 FY27. Consolidated product sales rose to about Rs 2.06 crore for the quarter and Rs 6.34 crore for H1, from about Rs 0.64 crore and Rs 2.08 crore a year earlier. The quarter posted a loss before tax of Rs 54,867 and a loss after tax of Rs 49,638 after a Rs 5,230 tax credit. DSP & Associates reviewed both statements and reported no material misstatement.
Shareholders may view the sharp sales rise positively, but the loss and related-party transactions could weigh on the share price.
