Kamdhenu Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 7, 2025, approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, and recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.25 per equity share (face value Rs. 1 post the 1:10 stock split). For FY25, revenue from operations rose about 3% to Rs. 74,748.87 lakhs from Rs. 72,470.69 lakhs, while net profit after tax grew roughly 21% to Rs. 6,086.74 lakhs from Rs. 5,013.35 lakhs. Basic EPS for FY25 stood at Rs. 2.21 versus Rs. 1.86 in FY24 (restated for the split). Q4 FY25 revenue was Rs. 19,782.15 lakhs (up ~12% YoY) with Q4 PAT at Rs. 1,708.92 lakhs. Statutory auditor M/s S.S Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP issued an unmodified opinion. Operating cash flow declined to Rs. 6,886.78 lakhs from Rs. 10,211.99 lakhs, partly due to higher investments and working capital changes.
Solid profit growth and a modest dividend are positives for shareholders, but the recent stock split, warrant conversions (40 lakh shares allotted on April 19, 2025), and decline in operating cash flow may weigh on near-term sentiment and dilute per-share metrics.
