Kamdhenu Limited has announced that its 31st Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 25th September 2025 at 3:00 PM through video conferencing. The company has set Thursday, 18th September 2025 as the record date to determine shareholders entitled to receive the dividend for FY ended 31st March 2025, subject to member approval at the AGM. Remote e-voting will be open from 22nd September to 24th September 2025. The company has also reminded shareholders that dividend will be taxable in their hands and TDS will be deducted at applicable rates.
