On the reaction day the stock moved 2.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated September-quarter revenue rose 18.9% to Rs 20,984 lakh. Profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose 54% to Rs 1,853 lakh, widening its margin to 8.8% from 6.8%. Continuing operations still lost Rs 224 lakh, but a Rs 9,766 lakh gain after APAG ceased to be a subsidiary lifted total profit to Rs 9,181 lakh. Standalone half-year profit rose 54% to Rs 183 lakh after a Rs 1,064 lakh impairment.
Reported profit is boosted by a one-off APAG gain, while continuing operations remain loss-making. Lower debt and positive cash flow offer support.
