On the reaction day the stock moved 1.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.6 pts less than its Packaging peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Standalone net sales rose 36% year on year to Rs 17,879.59 lakh in the June 2025 quarter. Net profit was Rs 572.60 lakh versus a Rs 116.64 lakh loss, and earnings per share were Rs 2.49. Consolidated net profit was Rs 604.66 lakh and earnings per share Rs 2.63. The review found no material issue. Prior figures were regrouped or recast. CPP was closed as a discontinued operation, and 10.12 lakh convertible warrants were issued at Rs 130.
Revenue growth and profit recovery are positive for shareholders. The CPP exit simplifies the business, but convertible warrants may dilute equity.
