Kanpur Plastipack posted strong Q2 FY26 results. Standalone revenue rose 7.3 percent year on year to about Rs 162 crore; H1 revenue grew roughly 20.5 percent to about Rs 341 crore. Net profit surged to about Rs 7.3 crore from Rs 1.4 crore a year ago; H1 PAT jumped to about Rs 13 crore. Basic EPS was Rs 3.16 for the quarter. The CPP division was closed in May 2025 and shown as discontinued. The company also acquired a UK subsidiary, Valex Ventures.
Strong profit growth from lower finance costs and better margins. CPP exit hits revenue but UK acquisition adds a new subsidiary for future growth.
