Consolidated revenue for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 was Rs 2,317.38 crore, up 18.6% from Rs 1,954.18 crore in the year-ago quarter; profit after tax rose 8.0% to Rs 143.99 crore from Rs 133.31 crore. Consolidated EBITDA margin fell to 9.7%, down 1.3 percentage points. Six-month consolidated revenue was Rs 4,690.97 crore; operating cash flow was negative Rs 78.04 crore. Standalone prior figures were restated for the Nerofix merger.
Strong revenue growth helps, but modest profit growth, a narrower operating margin and negative cash flow could weigh on the stock.
