The board of Kansai Nerolac Paints has recommended a total dividend of 375%, which works out to Rs. 3.75 per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March 2025. This includes a special dividend of 125% (Rs. 1.25 per share) on top of the regular dividend of 250% (Rs. 2.50 per share). The total dividend is unchanged from what was paid for FY24. The 105th AGM will be held on 30th June 2025, with the record date set as 23rd June 2025. Dividend, once declared by shareholders at the AGM, will be paid on or after 5th July 2025.
