Kapston Services Limited announced its unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) along with nine-month results. Consolidated revenue from operations for 9M FY26 stood at around Rs 61,401 lakhs versus Rs 50,417 lakhs in the previous year period, a growth of about 22%. Net profit after tax for 9M FY26 rose sharply to Rs 2,061 lakhs from Rs 1,178 lakhs, a jump of nearly 75%. Q3 standalone revenue grew about 16% year-on-year to Rs 21,204 lakhs while Q3 PAT rose to Rs 738 lakhs. The company also recommended bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 (one bonus share for every two held), subject to shareholder approval, and re-appointed Mr. Srikanth Kodali as Managing Director for three years with revised remuneration. The statutory auditor (NSVR & Associates LLP) issued an unqualified review report with no qualifications.
Strong double-digit revenue growth and a sharp jump in profits indicate improving operating performance, which is positive for shareholders. The proposed 1:2 bonus issue will increase share count but makes the stock more affordable and signals management confidence. Short-term stock reaction may be positive given the healthy earnings beat, though investors should note the bonus dilution.
