Kapston Services posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of about Rs 201 crore, up nearly 6 percent from about Rs 190 crore a year ago. Standalone net profit jumped 39 percent to Rs 8.49 crore from Rs 6.10 crore, with EPS at Rs 2.79 versus Rs 2.01. Operating profit before tax rose sharply to Rs 9.73 crore from Rs 5.48 crore, lifting margin from about 2.9 percent to 4.4 percent. Auditor NSVR Associates gave an unqualified limited review on both standalone and consolidated results. Prior period EPS has been restated for a 1 for 2 bonus issue done in March 2026.
Strong profit growth and margin expansion are positive for shareholders. Bonus-led EPS restatement is routine and does not change underlying performance.
