Karnavati Finance Limited submitted its unaudited standalone results for Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025) and 9M FY26. Total revenue from operations for the quarter jumped to Rs 227.70 lakhs, up sharply from Rs 40.88 lakhs in the same quarter last year and Rs 58.63 lakhs in the previous quarter. Net profit for the quarter came in at Rs 65.60 lakhs versus Rs 5.34 lakhs a year ago. Importantly, line items include a 'Reversal of NPA Provision' of Rs 36.74 lakhs booked under revenue, indicating a write-back of earlier bad-loan provisions. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 0.07. The statutory auditor B.B. Gusani & Associates issued an unmodified limited review report on the results.
Sharp quarterly revenue and profit growth is a positive sign, but a large chunk of the topline boost this quarter comes from an NPA provision reversal, which is a non-recurring item. Investors should watch whether core finance income sustains this momentum before drawing long-term conclusions.
