On the reaction day the stock moved 1.0 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.6 pts more than its Other Agricultural Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

H1 FY27 revenue grew 29.84%, with Q2 revenue at Rs 286.68 crore, and profit improved. EBITDA margin was about 30%, slightly below last year, as cotton revenue fell about 30% while non-cotton and exports drove sales. The board declared a dividend of Rs 2 per share; cash was about Rs 410 crore. Over three to four years, management targets 80 to 90 percent of cotton revenue from new hybrids, with cotton sales heading toward Rs 500 crore.
Revenue growth and the Rs 2 dividend may support the stock, but cotton weakness and softer margins could cap near-term gains; new hybrids aid growth.
