Kaveri Seed filed unaudited standalone and consolidated results for Q3 and nine months ended Dec 31, 2025. Standalone Q3 PAT swung to about Rs. 749 lakhs from a loss of Rs. 1,434 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Nine month standalone PAT rose to around Rs. 30,891 lakhs from Rs. 26,413 lakhs last year. However, auditors flagged going concern uncertainty for one subsidiary with accumulated losses of Rs. 531.65 lakhs, negative net worth of Rs. 489.72 lakhs and current liabilities exceeding current assets by Rs. 523.80 lakhs. The subsidiary's operations depend on further funding.
Headline results show a Q3 turnaround and steady profit growth, but a subsidiary's financial weakness and going concern risk is a watch point.
