On the reaction day the stock moved 3.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.3 pts more than its Other Agricultural Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Q2 and half-year FY27 results were approved. Consolidated Q2 revenue fell 46.8% to Rs74.25 crore, but profit after tax more than tripled to Rs4.42 crore. Q2 included a Rs0.73 crore exceptional item. A Rs5 per share interim dividend was declared. The board also approved eight overseas units with up to Rs50 lakh each. The auditor flagged uncertainty over a subsidiary's ability to continue; half-year operating cash flow was negative Rs15.30 crore.
Profit growth and the 250% dividend may support sentiment, but lower sales, cash burn and continuity risk at a subsidiary could weigh on the stock.
