Axana Estates LLP acquired 845,009 Kaya shares and Plutus Investments India acquired 979,141 through an employee share scheme allotment on October 30, 2026. Acting together, they held 3,914,218 shares, equal to 23.01% of expanded share capital, or 22.31% if all outstanding employee options are exercised. Axana's holding rose from 13.76% to 17.25%. Neither buyer is a promoter, and no shares were pledged.
The buyers gain voting influence, while the employee share issue reduces existing owners' percentage stakes. No promoter stake or pledge is reported.
