On the reaction day the stock moved in line with Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.2 pts less than its Leisure Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Kaya clarified NSE observations on its preferential issue of 18,24,150 equity shares at Rs 274.10 each (face value Rs 10, premium Rs 264.10). The revised post-issue shareholding pattern accounts for 5,39,739 outstanding ESOPs on a fully diluted basis. Lock-in period for one allottee under Regulation 167 extended from March 1 to March 31, 2027. No change in share count or issue price. Allottees are Axana Estates LLP (29,35,077 shares, 17.25 percent post-issue) and Plutus Investments India Pvt Ltd (9,79,141 shares, 5.76 percent).
Share count and price remain unchanged. Revised fully diluted shareholding pattern and minor lock-in extension add clarity to the preferential allotment.
