On the reaction day the stock moved 1.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.3 pts less than its Leisure Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Plutus Investments India and its concert party Axana Estates acquired 1,824,150 Kaya shares through a preferential allotment on October 30, 2026. Their combined holding rose from 2,090,068 shares, or 13.76%, to 3,914,218 shares, or 23.01%. Kaya's share capital increased from Rs 15.19 crore to Rs 17.01 crore, diluting existing shareholders. The acquirer is not a promoter.
Existing shareholders are diluted by the preferential issue, while the non-promoter investor group's 23.01% holding gives it greater voting influence.
