Kaycee Industries reported standalone revenue of Rs 1,444.78 lakhs for Q3 FY26, up about 22% year-on-year from Rs 1,186.77 lakhs. Standalone profit after tax rose roughly 26% YoY to Rs 122.75 lakhs from Rs 97.12 lakhs. For the nine months ended December 2025, standalone revenue grew about 14% YoY to Rs 4,325.47 lakhs, while PAT was nearly flat at Rs 412.64 lakhs versus Rs 400.56 lakhs last year. The Manufacturing segment drove most of the growth, while the Trading segment also expanded. Consolidated PAT (after share of losses from associate Ultrafast Chargers) declined to Rs 369.07 lakhs for 9M FY26 from Rs 397.13 lakhs last year, reflecting losses at the associate company. The board also approved a re-designation of Mr. Raman Krishnamoorthy from Whole Time Director to Non-Executive Director effective March 31, 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Pravin D. Zagade as COO and Manager from April 1, 2026.
Strong quarterly topline and bottomline growth for the core standalone business is a positive signal for shareholders, though associate company losses and management transitions add some near-term uncertainty. Watch for sustained margin trends in the coming quarters.
