Kaycee Industries' board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations grew about 11.7% year-on-year to Rs. 1,491.09 lakhs in Q2, driven mainly by the manufacturing segment (up from Rs. 958.22 lakhs to Rs. 1,143.55 lakhs). However, standalone net profit slipped slightly to Rs. 150.10 lakhs (from Rs. 153.91 lakhs), and the consolidated net profit fell about 12.7% to Rs. 134.32 lakhs, hurt by a Rs. 15.78 lakh share of loss from associate Ultrafast Chargers Pvt Ltd. The statutory auditor (R. Subramanian and Company LLP) issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on both sets of results. Cash from operations dropped sharply to Rs. 63.54 lakhs (from Rs. 152.44 lakhs), leaving closing cash at just Rs. 24.46 lakhs versus Rs. 185.80 lakhs at the start of the year.
Revenue growth from manufacturing is a positive, but shrinking margins, weaker associate contribution, and sharply lower operating cashflow may weigh on sentiment. The clean audit opinion provides comfort on reporting quality, though shareholders should watch margin trends and the cash position closely.
