Kaycee Industries reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹1,389.60 lakhs in Q1 FY26, up about 10% from ₹1,261.05 lakhs in Q1 FY25, driven by a sharp jump in the trading segment (₹408.99 lakhs vs ₹233.52 lakhs) which offset a decline in manufacturing revenue (₹980.61 lakhs vs ₹1,027.53 lakhs). However, profitability weakened: standalone net profit fell to ₹139.79 lakhs (from ₹150.42 lakhs) and EPS dropped to ₹4.40 from ₹4.74, as manufacturing margins compressed and total expenses rose faster than income. On a consolidated basis, net profit after share of associate (Ultrafast Chargers Pvt Ltd, 27.47% holding) slipped to ₹126.00 lakhs from ₹150.42 lakhs, dragged further by a ₹13.79 lakh loss from the associate. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified limited review opinion on the results.
Mixed near-term outlook — top-line growth came from lower-margin trading activity while the core manufacturing business shrank and profitability slipped, which may weigh on investor sentiment despite the clean audit opinion.
