Kaycee Industries reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 6,005 lakhs for FY 2025-26, up from Rs 5,320 lakhs in the previous year, representing approximately 13% revenue growth. However, profit after tax declined to Rs 498 lakhs from Rs 588 lakhs in the prior year, a drop of about 15%. The company declared a dividend of Rs 2 per share (20%), unchanged from the previous year. The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements. The company also announced appointment of R. Subramanian and Company LLP as new statutory auditors for a 5-year term. Additionally, the consolidated results include losses from associate company Ultrafast Chargers Private Limited of Rs 58 lakhs, compared to Rs 11 lakhs loss in the prior year.
The stock may face pressure as profit declined despite modest revenue growth, indicating margin compression. The clean audit opinion is positive but the profit drop and higher losses from the associate company are concerns for investors.
