KCL Infra Projects reported standalone Q2 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs 102.44 lakhs, up from Rs 71.05 lakhs in Q1 FY26 (Q2 FY25 had nil revenue). The company, however, posted a net loss of Rs 33.25 lakhs in Q2 FY26 against a profit of Rs 67.28 lakhs in Q1 FY26, mainly because cost of materials consumed spiked to Rs 190.03 lakhs. For the half year, net profit rose about 32% year-on-year to Rs 34.03 lakhs (H1 FY25: Rs 25.76 lakhs), even as revenue from operations dipped marginally to Rs 173.49 lakhs from Rs 179.44 lakhs. Total assets stood at Rs 7,463.02 lakhs as on September 30, 2025, with total equity of Rs 5,549.89 lakhs and non-current borrowings of Rs 354.26 lakhs. Net cash from operating activities was positive at Rs 744.83 lakhs in H1 FY26. Statutory auditor Scan & Co issued an unmodified limited review report. The board also noted the resignation of Manoj Kumar Chourasiya.
Short-term sentiment may be dampened by the Q2 standalone loss and a sharp rise in trade payables (Rs 1,126.62 lakhs vs Rs 774.22 lakhs in March 2025), but the H1 PAT growth, clean audit opinion and healthy operating cash flow suggest underlying business stability.
