KDDL Limited's Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 8 per equity share (80% on face value of Rs. 10) for FY2026, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. For FY2026, standalone revenue grew 34% to Rs. 49,580 lakhs from Rs. 36,957 lakhs, while profit after tax increased 56% to Rs. 7,660 lakhs from Rs. 4,924 lakhs.
