The Board of KELTECH Energies approved unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 and nine months ended 31 December 2025. Revenue from operations rose to ₹12,817.23 lakhs in Q3, up about 9% from ₹11,742.89 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For nine months, revenue grew to ₹38,892.83 lakhs from ₹34,881.81 lakhs (up ~11.5%). Profit after tax for the quarter was ₹581.41 lakhs versus ₹575.16 lakhs last year, and ₹2,022.09 lakhs for nine months versus ₹1,805.92 lakhs (up ~12%). Basic and diluted EPS stood at ₹58.14 for the quarter and ₹202.21 for nine months. The Explosives segment remains the dominant contributor, while Perlite turned profitable at the segment level this quarter. The statutory auditor (CNK & Associates LLP) issued an unmodified review report with no qualifications.
Steady, single-digit revenue and profit growth with no negative surprises or audit flags. Positive read-through for shareholders, but margin and PAT growth are modest and unlikely to drive a sharp re-rating on their own.
