KELTECH Energies reported its Q1 FY26 results on 11 August 2025. Revenue from operations rose about 11.5% year-on-year to ₹14,302.81 lakhs (vs ₹12,829.95 lakhs in Q1 FY25). Total income stood at ₹14,463.71 lakhs. Profit after tax grew roughly 21.6% to ₹820.91 lakhs (vs ₹675.20 lakhs), with basic and diluted EPS of ₹82.09 (vs ₹67.52). The Explosives segment continues to be the main growth driver, with segment revenue of ₹12,187.13 lakhs and a sharp jump in segment result to ₹915.65 lakhs from ₹606.81 lakhs a year ago, while the Perlite segment's profit fell to ₹33.43 lakhs. The statutory auditor CNK & Associates LLP issued an unqualified review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
A clean audit report and decent double-digit profit growth, led by the explosives business, is mildly positive for shareholders. However, growth rates in revenue (~11.5%) and PAT (~21.6%) fall short of typical strong-result thresholds, and the weakness in the Perlite segment is a small watch point.
