Update under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 Order received from CESTAT

Keltech Energies Ltd has received a favourable order from CESTAT (Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal). The tribunal allowed the company's appeal and set aside the order of the lower authority. Originally, the company had received a notice from the Commissioner of Customs imposing a penalty of Rs. 13,75,43,257 (approximately Rs. 13.75 crore) related to the import of Ammonium Nitrate. The company had filed an appeal against this penalty, which has now been overturned. According to the disclosure, there is no further liability arising from this matter.
