Ken Financial Services, a small Mumbai-based non-banking finance company, reported strong growth for the nine months ended December 2025. Total revenue from operations nearly doubled to ₹85.32 lakh (vs ₹43.33 lakh in 9M FY25), helped by new income from services of ₹42.37 lakh. Profit after tax for 9M surged to ₹21.24 lakh from ₹7.64 lakh, with EPS rising to ₹0.71 from ₹0.25. For the standalone Q3 quarter, revenue grew 43% YoY to ₹20.47 lakh, but profit after tax dipped slightly to ₹2.83 lakh from ₹2.95 lakh due to higher finance costs (₹6.53 lakh vs ₹4.50 lakh). The statutory auditor Satya Prakash Natani & Co. issued an unqualified limited review report.
Strong 9M earnings growth signals improving business momentum, but the flat Q3 PAT and rising finance costs suggest margin pressure at the quarterly level. Given the very small scale (revenue under ₹1 crore for the quarter), this is a micro-cap stock with limited liquidity and the results are unlikely to materially move the share price.
