Board on August 12, 2026 approved Q1 FY27 (June 30, 2026) unaudited results. Standalone revenue fell 22 percent YoY to Rs 1,756.58 lakhs; loss after tax narrowed slightly to Rs 766.89 lakhs from Rs 793.44 lakhs. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 3,319.29 lakhs but PAT swung to a loss of Rs 807.73 lakhs from a profit of Rs 202.74 lakhs. Auditor issued an unmodified limited review opinion. Board also approved merger of wholly owned subsidiary Ayurvedagram Heritage Wellness Centre with the company and granted 64,875 ESOPs at Rs 10 each.
